Nestled in a 18th-century townhouse in the baroque center of Modica, Cava Bianca is a charming one-bedroom apartment with a private entrance and a terrace. Inside, the apartment combines timeless mediterranean style with thoughtful modern comfort. The open living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sofa and a convertible armchair for an additional guest. The intimate bedroom, defined by elegant arches and natural stone details, includes a double bed and ample storage. A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine completes the space.
